Ms. D’Souza joined IGP in 2023.  She is responsible for deal coordination and providing executive support to several of the firms investment and operating professionals.  Prior to joining IGP, she provided executive support to the private equity lending team at First Republic Bank.  She received a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
