Mr. Adler has 9 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.  Mr. Adler joined IGP in 2017 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio company management.  Prior to IGP, Mr. Adler was in the Industrials Group at Robert W. Baird & Company, where he was an investment banking analyst in the Milwaukee office.  At Baird, Mr. Adler participated in merger & acquisition advisory roles for manufacturing and distribution clients.  Mr. Adler received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with Honors, in Finance, Investment & Banking and Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  Mr. Adler is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate holder through Illinois.

Mr. Adler currently serves on the boards of Brown Machine Group, Prince & Izant, and Process Insights.
