On December 30, 2020, Industrial Growth Partners V, L.P., in partnership with management, acquired HUSA, marking the ninth platform investment for IGP’s fifth fund. IGP acquired HUSA from Warren Equity Partners, who will retain a minority equity stake in the Company.
