Founded in 1971 and headquartered in Longmont, CO, SENS designs and manufactures highly engineered battery chargers, integrated power systems and battery monitoring solutions for critical infrastructure applications. SENS’ suite of products ensure uninterruptible power and minimize the risk of critical system downtime in high cost-of-failure environments including data centers, hospitals, electric utility infrastructure, telecommunication systems, manufacturing facilities, and water & wastewater treatment sites among others. On March 10^th, 2025, Industrial Growth Partners VI, L.P., in partnership with management, rollover equity partners, and certain outside investors, acquired SENS, marking the sixth platform investment for IGP’s sixth fund. The transaction creates a platform for SENS to accelerate its growth by aggressively pursuing its key strategic initiatives.
