Marki Completes Add-On Acquisitions of LintrinsIC and Saetta Labs

Marki Microwave (“Marki”), a leading provider of high-performance radio frequency (“RF”) and microwave components for demanding applications, has acquired LintrinsIC Semiconductors (“LintrinsIC”) and Saetta Labs LLC (“Saetta”). LintrinsIC and Saetta represent the first two add-on acquisitions for Marki following IGP’s acquisition in November 2025. Both acquisitions are highly complementary, bringing product offerings that augment Marki’s existing suite, expand the served market, and deepen access to high-growth aerospace and defense applications.

Based in Boston, MA, LintrinsIC is a fabless semiconductor company specializing in high-power, ultrafast RF switching products leveraging proprietary FastSwitch™ technology. LintrinsIC’s products offer switching speeds as fast as 1 nanosecond, making them uniquely suited for demanding applications in radar, electronic warfare, defense communications, satellite communications, and 5G infrastructure.

Based in Boulder, CO, Saetta specializes in high-performance sapphire loaded cavity oscillators (“SLCO”). Saetta’s SLCO devices deliver phase noise performance that exceeds traditional quartz oscillators by two orders of magnitude, enabling significant improvements in radar range and in the detection of drones and hypersonic missiles.

“These acquisitions strengthen Marki Microwave’s ability to support increasingly complex RF systems by adding differentiated switching and SLCO products to our growing portfolio of RF solutions,” commented Christopher Marki, CEO of Marki Microwave. “LintrinsIC’s FastSwitch technology delivers switching speed and power handling that redefine what’s achievable, while integrating naturally with our existing amplifier and filter product lines. Similarly, Saetta’s SLCO is a market-leading fundamental oscillator band that pairs perfectly with our existing amplifier, multiplier and power divider product lines.”

Acquisition Details – Marki acquired LintrinsIC on April 17, 2026, and Saetta Labs on April 20, 2026. Marki and IGP continue to seek add-on acquisitions that can enhance Marki’s position as a leading provider of high-performance radio frequency (“RF”) and microwave components for demanding end-markets such as aerospace & defense and test & measurement.
