SPL, a leader in testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) services for the energy industry and other end markets, has acquired Oxidor Laboratories. SPL, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is a portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners.

Oxidor is a full-service analytical testing company which performs environmental and chemical analyses, specializing in wastewater and stormwater testing. Through this acquisition, SPL will provide customers with expanded environmental laboratory testing capabilities, including over 300 unique test types for inorganic and organic compounds, waste identification and sample collection services, in order to meet internal and regulatory compliance standards.
