Mr. Trouba has 9 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.  Mr. Trouba joined IGP in 2023 and is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio company management.  Prior to joining IGP, Mr. Trouba worked at PNC Riverarch Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, where he evaluated, executed and monitored investments in the Chemicals, Distribution, and Business Services sectors.  Prior to PNC Riverarch Capital, Mr. Trouba worked at Piper Sandler, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt transactions in the Diversified Industrials and Services group.  Mr. Trouba began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young.  Mr. Trouba received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University with dual majors in Accountancy and Philosophy.  Mr. Trouba is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) certificate holder through Ohio.
