Dave Paborsky
Mr. Paborsky joined IGP in 2019 as a Principal of Operations and has over three decades of experience working with industrial companies. He is responsible for supporting IGP’s operating and value creation initiatives across the portfolio, including Board-level oversight, strategic planning and deployment, organizational development, go-to-market design and execution, best practices and systems implementation, employee incentive and engagement systems, and add-on integration support.
Prior to IGP, Mr. Paborsky served as the CEO of IGP portfolio company Grakon, a global leader in the design and development of advanced lighting systems and controls for premier OEM vehicle manufacturers. During his 10 years at the company, Grakon grew from approximately $50 million to $185 million in revenue by entering new markets and geographies, significantly expanding global sales and engineering resources, introducing new product lines and completing two international add-on acquisitions. Prior to Grakon, Mr. Paborsky spent over 15 years in various engineering, finance and management positions in the automotive industry at Ford, General Motors and Visteon and lived and worked throughout Europe and China.
Mr. Paborsky received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Mechanical Engineering and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Mr. Paborsky currently serves, or has served, as a director of Brown Machine Group, Des-Case, Grakon, Process Insights and Royal Power Solutions.
