Mr. Rusche joined IGP from RBC, where he was an investment banking analyst in the New York office. At RBC, Mr. Rusche advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, financings, and equity transactions in the industrial sector, including chemicals and aerospace and defense. Mr. Rusche received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University.
