Ms. Tai joined IGP in 2021 and has over two decades of accounting experience and is a California licensed CPA (inactive).  In her capacity as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for IGP, she is responsible for the financial operations, compliance and human resources functions of the Firm.  Prior to joining IGP, Ms. Tai was Controller at Alpine Investors, a middle-market private equity firm, where she spent over seven years and oversaw fund accounting for several active funds.  She was previously an Accounting Manager at Vista Equity Partners in San Francisco and also held accounting roles at other asset management firms in New York and Hong Kong.  Ms. Tai began her career in public accounting where she gained both audit and tax experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco and New York.  Ms. Tai received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
