Ms. Peterson joined IGP in 2024 and has three decades of business experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance, including nearly two decades of managing a large multi-billion dollar U.S. private equity portfolio that included primary fund, co-investment, secondary and GP investment activities on behalf of Ottawa Avenue Private Capital (OAPC), an affiliate of RDV Corporation.  While at RDV Corporation, Ms. Peterson led OAPC’s investments in IGP funds III-VI and was a longstanding member of IGP’s LPAC, as well as a board-observer on dozens of GP-led co-investments including certain past and current IGP portfolio companies.  Ms. Peterson is responsible for IGP’s investor relations efforts and brings years of experience in fostering strong communication and partnership between limited partners and the firm. Before RDV Corporation, Ms. Peterson worked in investment banking at McDonald Investments after starting her career in middle market lending at NBD Bank, now part of JP Morgan Chase.  Ms. Peterson received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University.
