Mr. Cao joined IGP from HSBC Securities where he was an investment banking analyst in the New York office.  At HSBC, Mr. Cao participated in merger & acquisition advisory assignments on several mid-market transactions.  Mr. Cao received a Bachelor of Science in Business degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
