Mr. Seroussi has over two decades of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions focused on middle market industrial companies.  Mr. Seroussi joined IGP in 2026 and is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments as well as monitoring existing investments and managing portfolio divestitures.  Mr. Seroussi joined IGP from Arsenal Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity investment firm that specializes in building market-leading industrial growth and healthcare companies, where he was involved in several industrial investments and served in leadership roles in the firm and its industrial growth sector.  Mr. Seroussi has sat on numerous boards of directors of industrial companies during his career.  Prior to joining Arsenal Capital Partners, worked in investment banking within the Global Industrial Group at Credit Suisse.  Mr. Seroussi received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Economics from Brandeis University.
