Mr. Schadeberg serves as an Operating Advisor to IGP.  He has spent his entire career focusing on the engineered products industry.  After serving as President of Nord Gear Corporation for 15 years, Mr. Schadeberg served as CEO of private equity-backed Dorner.  During his tenure at Dorner, Mr. Schadeberg helped the company grow significantly by developing new products, expanding its online configurator tool for more standard products, entering new end markets and geographies, and completing several add-on acquisitions globally.  Mr. Schadeberg ran Dorner for two PE funds and then ran a much larger Americas business for Columbus McKinnon for two and a half years before joining IGP.   Mr. Schadeberg currently serves or has served on the boards of Double-E.
