Adam Libertini

Mr. Libertini has approximately seven years of experience in private equity and mergers & acquisitions, predominantly focused on the middle market.  At IGP, Mr. Libertini is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities and working closely with portfolio company management.  Mr. Libertini joined IGP in 2023 from Teachers’ Private Capital (“TPC”), the private equity investment arm of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he was a Principal.  At TPC, Mr. Libertini evaluated, executed and monitored investments in the Diversified Industrials and Business Services sectors.  Prior to TPC, Mr. Libertini worked at Norwest Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm. Mr. Libertini began his career in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey, where he worked on mergers & acquisitions in the Diversified Industrials sector.  Mr. Libertini received his Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor of Arts degree from The Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario.

 

Mr. Libertini currently serves as a director of APCT and Hultec.
