Mr. McGowan joined IGP from BMO Capital Markets, where he was an investment banking analyst in the Chicago office.  As a member of the M&A group at BMO, Mr. McGowan participated in M&A advisory roles across multiple industries.  Prior to BMO, Mr. McGowan was a valuation analyst at Lincoln International in the Chicago office, performing private equity and private credit portfolio valuations.  Mr. McGowan received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
